1. Application to Communica
- [A] Application to Commuunica.
- [A] Pay examination fee.
- [C] Documents are examined.
- [C] Announce of success.
- [A] Pay entrance fee.
- [C] Issue admission.
- ◆The period of application
- 2 years course (entrance on April) : Previous September 1st - The end of November .
- 1.75 years course (entrance on July) : December 1st - The end of March.
- 1.5 years course (entrance on October) : March 1st - The end of May.
- 1.25 years course (entranse on January) : June 1st - The end of September.
2. Application to Immigration
- [C] Submit applicant's documents to Immigration.
- [I] Documents are examined.
- [I] Issue Certificate of Eligibility.
- [A] Pay school fees to Communica Institute. (Please bring a detailed statement / receipt).
- [A] After confirmed payment of the fee, hand over Certificate of Eligibility.
- ◆Issued Term
- 2 years course (entrance on April) : the end of February - the beginning of March.
- 1.75 years course (entrance on July) : the end of May - the beginning of June.
- 1.5 years course (entrance on October) : the end of August - the beginning of September.
- 1.25 years course (entrance on January)：the end of November - the beginning of December.
3. Application for visa
- [A] Application for visa at Japanese Embassy or at Japanese Consulate.
- ◆Issued Term
- It takes about 2 weeks from application to issue.
4. Coming to Japan
- [A] Come to Japan before entrance ceremony and complete the entrance procedures. Let us know the date when you come to Japan.

- 2 years course (entrance on April) ： April 07th.
- 1.75 years course (entrance on July) ： June 24th.
- 1.5 years course (entrance on October) : October 6th.
